Innovation Design Studio engaged in extensive dialogue with the client, employing cutting-edge tools such as AutoCad, Sketchup, 3Dmax, Photoshop, and InDesign to refine and present their vision. The result is a design that not only meets but exceeds the client's requirements, offering a blueprint for future urban developments.

The technical specifications of Mtown Makadi Heights are impressive: a 197,000 sqm land area with a 20% footprint and a built-up area (BUA) of 101,500 sqm. The design allocates 46% of the BUA for residential units, with the remainder dedicated to retail, commercial, hotels, and amenities. This mixed-use approach ensures a vibrant and walkable downtown that remains active both day and night.

Overcoming challenges such as the significant level difference within the site, the design team succeeded in creating an integrated outdoor space that is both walkable and vehicle-free. The diverse vibe of each cluster is harmoniously linked by the main spine, offering residents and visitors a unique and engaging urban experience.
